Najoom Music Products accepts Cashier's Checks, VISA, and MasterCard.  Sorry, no debit cards.

Return Policy For Trumpet Products

There are no returns on mouthpieces purchased directly from NMP.  However, many of our dealers (see below) have more liberal return policies and accept returns.

All other products

We will accept returns on any of our other products still in pristine condition.  You pay all shipping costs.  If you wish to return, call/eMail us first before returning the products.  When we have received and inspected the returned products, we will:

Credit your account
or
Send you a check for your cost of the products returned, minus the cost of shipping.

Each dealer has its own return policy for leadpipes.  The policy below is for products purchased directly from NMP. 

1. You pay for any leadpipes you order for testing.
   
2. When the check or credit card clears, we send the pipes.
   
3. You have seven days to try the pipes and return any you don't need.
   
4. If the pipes are in pristine condition, we will send you a check for the value of the pipes you returned minus a $20.00 restocking fee per pipe returned.  Any pipe that has been soldered cannot be returned.
   
5. You pay all shipping costs.
